I was using one of my 'Classic Cameras' on River Thames Boat trip some years ago and was approached by a Gent -- he said " I have some Old Camera Gear donated by a Camera Club member if you are interested" so OF COURSE I was 'Interested' and rushed to neighbouring town of Hornchurch and he pulled out a Dusty Box - inside was a brown leather case with a East German Carl Zeiss 'Werramatic' with 50mm f2.8 Tessar lens ! Well -- I was pleased and cleaned it up and have been using it and even made I VIDEO about it
That's the weird one where you wind on by twisting the ring around the lens, isn't it? Strange idea but I recall them as working quite well when I was a part-time used camera seller in the eighties. Funnily enough I currently have one of their hoods in my spares box - keeping it in case I ever pick one up somewhere.
