The Sun and bush fire smoke

If this is what it looks like in NZ, I hate to think what the sky looks like in Australia. Should be blue skies and a nice bright yellow sun at this time of the year.

Hi Gary,
Unfortunately we can't control where the wind blows the smoke to. It has been pretty much like that here for a while now. Here is what it was like from my back door on Dec 10. (Taken with K10D)


And here is what it looks like this morning. You now have all the smoke and it is clear here...for now. But it could get bad again. (Taken with 1Ds)

 

That does not look so good.

We still have smoke today. You could actually smell it last night.
