I got my EOS R6 today!. Unfortunately the rf lens I ordered did not come in yet. So I also bought a EF to RF adapter (Viltrox... the canons were all backordered) to hold me over. I am adapting a Sigma 50mm 1.4 EF and it has an issue where in the viewfinder and on the LCD there are some dark vignette type rings appearing throughout the image.

To make things more strange, in video modes, they disappear. Also, when brought into the computer, the rings show up on all Jpegs, but when processed raw (teste din both luminar and affinity photo) the rings disappear. In Luminar the show up in preview but then luminar removes them. ...any idea what is going on? Thanks in advance!

Hello and welcome to the forum.

Try turning off the lens corrections and let us know how you get on.

Thanks Gary! Worked like a charm! If anyone ends up finding this in search it was the "peripheral illumination correction" that was causing the problem.
