    There are new restrictions now in regards to how close the boat can get to the whales. At a certain distance, the captain must cut the engines because they do disturb the

    animals making them quite nervous and will interfere with their migration to their feeding and spawning grounds somewhere off the coast of Southern California. These

    massive animals are California Greys and they are very exciting to see up close and personal.
